Josep Grau (Sant Cugat, Spain, 1960) is Founding partner and President of DOXA, and Partner-Director of Development and Marketing at Aventia (2009). He has over 27 years of experience in the ICT sector in the fields of strategy, management and business consulting.
Director of Telecommunications at the Olympic Committee of Barcelona ’92 (1989-1993); and in 1993 he founded DOXA Consulting. He was appointed Director of the CCRTV Radio and Television Broadcasting Networks of the Government of Catalonia (1983-1989).

Pedro Lisbona (Barcelona, 1972) has experience in the telecom market and ICT systems, processes and operational management, both from the standpoint of private enterprise and government.
He has participated in and directed more than 200 consulting projects in the ICT field in different areas. He brings extensive experience in managing and directing multi-technology projects and optimization processes and negotiation of operator services. In addition to his technical knowledge, skills include: management teams, customer management, project management, negotiation processes of public and private procurement.
He has worked in a number of projects for the public sector, both at the municipal and regional/ state levels.
He is a telecommunications engineer (Catalonia Technical University) and has a master’s degree in e-commerce (La Salle) and an executive business program in EAE Business School.

Alberto Marín (Barcelona, 1972) is Partner – Director of Business Development of Doxa and leads the Doxa Digital Transformation strategy.
With more than 15 years of experience in the business development of ICT Consulting and Services, he is an expert in the development of innovative solutions for the transformation of large organizations from both public and private sectors.
Throughout his professional career, he has held several management positions for national and multinational companies in the ICT sector, accumulating a great deal of experience in the management and management of consulting, development and implementation teams.

Alberto Gascón (Spain, 1963) is Engineer in Telecommunications. He is partner of Doxa and manages the Madrid office. Previously he held various executive positions at Atos Origin, SchlumbergerSema, Europa MC and Andersen Consulting.
He is an expert in ICT strategic management oriented to value creation for big corporations and the public sector. He is highly market oriented and has an experience of over 25 years in business consulting, both at the public and private sectors, during which he has lead international teams and developed new business lines. Examples of projects managed include the information interconnection of electric systems of the six Central American countries (Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras and Panamá). A project with the Central Bank of Venezuela and a Grow IT program in Egypt, which assessed and deployed the IT sector for the Egyptian Government.

Josep Ramon Ferrer
Josep-Ramon Ferrer (Tarragona, Spain. 1970) is engineer in Telecoms and Electronics and holds a Master Degree in Digital TV.
He is International Senior Advisor and Institutional Business Development Director of DOXA Innova&Smart Consulting. He is also vice-Dean of the Association of Telecommunication Engineers of Catalonia. He is member of the jury of various international prizes, namely the Smart City Expo & World Congress Awards.
Until June 2015, he was CIO and Smart City Director of the Barcelona City Council and CEO of the Barcelona Institute of Technology (BIT), where he planned and executed the Barcelona Smart City project that ranked the city to be the first Global Smart City WorldWide and European Capital of Innovation (European Commission, 2014).
He has been president of the Association of Telecommunication Engineers of Catalonia and has participated in expert consultation processes and advisory boards of the European Commission, the Spanish Ministry of Industry and the National Telecommunications Market Commission.
Jara Forcadell (Barcelona, Spain 1989) is a senior consultant at Doxa Innova & Smart where she leads international Smart City and territory projects. She is an Industrial Engineer by University of Girona and Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh, UK) and holds a Master in Smart Cities.
She has worked for Barcelona City Council on its Smart City Project Management Office, the Catalan Government, the Macau Special Administrative Region and the island of Mallorca as well as the multinational company Engie, among other international projects. Previously, she worked as a Smart Cities Analyst for Telefonica, an international telecommunications company.
She speaks at different smart city events and has published several articles and papers, including being co-author to the Technical Report on “Setting the stage for stakeholders’ engagement in smart sustainable cities” as a contribution to the Focus Group on Smart Sustainable Cities (FC-SSC) of the United Nations International Telecommunication Union (UN-ITU). She works to promote women inclusion in the ICT sector as Vice-President of the non-profit organization Young It Girls.
Sergi Franco (Barcelona, Spain, 1975) is engineer in Telecoms and Electronics at the Universitat Ramón Llull – La Salle and holds an Executive MBA at ESADE. Sergi Franco is ICT Efficiency Manager at DOXA Innova & Smart Consulting.
Professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field of ICT consultancy and in the management of projects and services for third parties. He has participated in many projects in the ICT sector, both for the Public Administration and for the private sector.
He has extensive experience in the project management for the transformation of infrastructures and services, always with the component of technological innovation as the main inductor, as well as leading processes of optimization and negotiation with service providers.

Jaume Batlle (Barcelona, Spain, 1972) is a Technical Engineer in Computer Management at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Professional with more than 24 years of experience in the ICT sector and in the direction of projects and equipment, with training in Computer Engineering.
He has extensive experience in development processes in the territory, as well as in “high availability” and “fault tolerance” environments in high performance systems. Experience in public procurement and dealing with the Administration. Responsible PMO-Smart, PMO-International and PMO-Governance “Smart City Barcelona” of Barcelona City Council.

Xavier Bonilla (Barcelona, Spain, 1973) is a Computer Engineer by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Senior professional with more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, both in public administration and in the private sector, leading a wide variety of national and international projects.
During his professional career, he has held various management positions in telecommunications and consulting companies, accumulating extensive experience in the leading and management of consultancy, development and implementation teams.
It is also worth noting his wide experience and knowledge in transformation projects in the field of ICT services management, in the introduction of ICT Government and Quality models and in the development of ICT strategies and directing plans.

Santiago Pérez (Madrid, Spain, 1971), Commercial Manager at Doxa for the Central Zone, with a trajectory of more than 20 years in the ICT world.
Most of his experience has been in the Banking sector, participating in countless large projects in some of the most important national banks. Subsequently to this stage, he has led the Financial Services Unit in several multinational consultancies. In recent years his career also includes extensive experience in the commercial management of different technological solutions for areas such as HR, sales, health, etc.
In 2015 he joined Doxa to focus on the growth of the company in different sectors, very oriented to the large account.

Carles Navarro (Barcelona, Spain, 1981) he’s the Digital Transformation Comercial Manager (DTCM) – specialized in projects of relation to client and transformation of marketing departments – and senior functional analyst.
He has an experience of over 10 years in the marketing sector working in agencies and more than 5 in consulting.

Ignasi Rovira (Barcelona, Spain, 1967) is economist and his professional experience is developed in the scope of the administration of the company, passing through different sectors, Restoration – Food and Construction – Transportation – Waste. In DOXA Innova & Smart Consulting, he is part of the management team as CFO and Head of HR of the group.
Previously, he was part of the Financial and Accounting Department of the PUIGFEL Group.
